What this division does
Odua Real Estate develops, sells, leases and manages residential and commercial property. We handle the full cycle: site acquisition and due diligence, construction oversight, marketing and sale or lease, then day-to-day management once a building is occupied. Clients include individual buyers, tenants, landlords and corporate occupiers.
